Love is all there is.
“In the journey of returning to Love, you will stumble upon God.” Alex Gil
John Lennon said, "Love is all you need."
Have you realized that it's all about love?
Early in childhood, we lose ourselves and disconnect from our bodies and essence. We develop limiting beliefs and experience trauma, leading to the development of neuroses—all due to the loss of love and connection.
It all starts with the loss of love, and our journey of healing is a return to love.
As Gabor Maté says, we get hurt in relationships, but we also heal in relationships. This is a profound truth.
It begins with loving yourself and life enough to want healing and to recognize the love within you. When you heal yourself, you also heal others.
The next step is being in the presence of a loving, safe, and compassionate guide who can take your hand on this journey.
During my meditation today, I heard Source saying:
"I (God) am the only one who can fulfill you."
The madness of seeking this love outside ourselves keeps us in suffering, despair, and darkness.
We possess all we need within us, in our hearts. The Divine Heart is not merely a pump; it's a highly intelligent system connecting us to our True Self—Spirit—God, pure creative loving energy. The Source of all.
Personal growth without deep spiritual work leads to more egoic mindsets, more chasing, and more un-fulfillment.
Deep spiritual work without integration results in disconnection from life. That is not the purpose of spiritual awakening.
The Heart guides us through this uncharted territory—a life where Love drives us, not fear.
This is unknown because all we've known for thousands of years is fear. The ego will interfere with your journey.
The time has come, my friends, to change our ways. Fear will no longer prevail. The choice between Love and fear is yours to make.
The ego is like a chameleon; it may pretend to be the voice of God, Spirit, an angel, or a guide. Be aware—spiritual ego is dangerous.
Keep returning to the Truth—your heart, your soul. This is a process. It isn't a week-long course, a book, or even a medicine journey.
It's devotion to Source and to your beloved Heart; it's a lifestyle.
Love is all there is.
Love and courage, Alex.
